I want to know how to off the auto renew and my 3months plan I want it pls

ik heb een abonnement voor 1 maand dat elke maand wordt verlengd wil het beeindigen bedrag van euro 9,99 wordt iedere maand via KPN geincasseerd

For a detailed overview on how to cancel a Premium subscription so you don't get charged when you reach the renewal date, check this support article here.
 

@KngStan-HS - payments for Spotify (excluding one-time payments) are either recurring on a monthly basis or, depending on your location - on a yearly basis. If you believe you've subscribed for three months, this must have been a Premium trial instead.
And, as far as your other question goes, we can't view your accounts from the Community, so we can't really tell what has happened and why you only have a month instead of the three months. 
This should best get checked by our support folks. They will be able to let you know what has happened there 🙂

And @Ben170946 In order to terminate a subscription via KPN, you need to contact them directly. To find the best way to do this, please open the abovementioned article and scroll down to 'No option to change plan?'.

Pls can you check the issue again cause by the month end the Spotify is going to take money from me for the same premium plan and I did a three months. 

 

All of a sudden I'm now having this issue, my Spotify won't connect I can't listen to any music on the app even those downloaded.

Hey @KngStan-HS,

 

Looks like you haven't cancelled your subscription yet. You can do that by following the steps in the aforementioned article.

 

As for your second issue, it's worth performing a clean reinstall of the app as shown here. Make sure also that the Spotify app is allowed to access your Wifi network and mobile data in your phone's settings.

i uninstalled the app and now I can't login anymore pls.
