I paid for premium but my account is still showing current plan as Free

I paid for premium but my account is still showing current plan as Free

Not upgraded to Premium despite paying Rs 299 thru UPI

Hey there!

 

Could you take a look at your receipts to see if the payment is visible?
If it is and the account shows the Premium subscription online, doublecheck if you're logged in with the same credentials in your app.
In case you are, log out of the app and then back in twice in a row. This will trigger a manual sync of your settings 🙂

I chose the 119 per 3 month plan and made payment through gpay but the payment update is not reflecting on Spotify app , it's still free plan on the app.
