I paid for the 7 days Premium, and I got an email saying that I paid for the 3 Months Premium

I paid for the 7 days Premium, and I got an email saying that I paid for the 3 Months Premium

I'm from the Philippines, and I paid P49 for the 7 days of Spotify Premium. I recieved an email about my reciept, but I also recieved another email saying that I purchased the P129 for 3 months of Spotify Premium when I didn't. What should I do??

You shouldn't have been charged for the 7-day trial. We suggest you check your Receipts tab from your Account Overview to see if the charge went through.

 

You can also reach out to your bank to check on the status of the charge made from Spotify.
