• On april(. I Think it might be 18th or 19th of april) i cancelled my Spotify premium.And right after I cancelled it, my online e wallet was deducted 149 pesos or roughly 3 dollars. I dont know why Spotify would deduct it since I have already paid my premium for the whole month, note( Spotify had already deducted 149 pesos why i have already paid for the month). Additionally, I started using Spotify when they have a promo that I would only pay 75 pesos, then i forget to cancel my subscription before thats why I continued to use it, then i tried to cancel it on april 18 or 19 so that i would not forget my subscription cancellation. Then suddenly when i cancelled it i got a 149 pesos fee

First up, we suggest that you take a look at your order history on your Account page to check if you see the extra charge you mention. 

If you can't see the extra charge there, it's possible that you have another account on Spotify where you accidentally subscribed as well. To check if you have more than one account on Spotify, follow these steps. 

If you can't find any other accounts and you're sure you've been charged, we suggest that you reach out to us here so we can take a closer look at what might be happening.

Hey Eni I also encountered a similar problem . I paid and then it deducted again but I did not change subscription.can you please help me get a refund
