I payed but now premium doesn't work

I payed but now premium doesn't work

I've recently paid for premium for one year. I have a receipt on my mail and on my account at spotify.com but when I go on Spotify it tells me the payment didn't work out(?). Help, please.

Hey there!

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
