I upgraded my Premium to Premium Duo, but I'm unable to invite members

I just upgraded my Spotify Premium account to Premium Duo, but I'm unable to invite any members into the family. My account information still displays that I'm a part of the Premium Individual plan.

Thanks for reaching out. You can always check on your account page what your current subscription is. Switching to Duo is instant, so if you still see Individual, that means the subscription change didn't go through. In that case you can always try again, as there is no danger of you paying more than expected if you do everything under one account.
