I was billed for Premium Family but it's not active

I was billed for Premium Family but it's not active

I was billed as usual for Premium Family this month, but now my account only has the Free plan.

To give a little bit more context, I have been subscribed to Premium Family already for a while. Every month I got billed and I had the benefits from the Premium Family subscription.

 

This month was different. I only got billed but got no service in return.

If you paid for your subscription and the account is still free, it's possible that either the payment didn't go through, or that you've accessed a different account.

 

In both cases, we suggest you check this guide with some useful steps to take.

If you still can't access your Premium subscription after following these steps, we suggest you contact the folks from Customer Support who can take a deeper look into your account. Here is the link.
