I was charged for the wrong service can I get a refund of the difference?

I had renewed my student membership status last month, however, this month I got a charge $9.99 for a premium membership once again and it made me redo my student activation, I wanna request s refund of the extra difference that I paid. Covid times are hard as a student with a minimum wage job and I cannot afford to lose extra money.
