Bonjour, 

Je souhaiterais changer d’abonnement prenium pour l’abonnement family. Toutefois, un message d’erreur s’affiche lorsque je souhaite effectuer le changement sur mon compte. voir photo ci jointe. 

comment puis je procéder ?

Could you attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing exactly? I’m not seeing any screenshots.

 

Also, could you try subscribing to Premium Family using a different browser or private window?
