My Question or Issue

 I always pay my subscription on the seventh day of the month, but after updating the payment method today I received a charge of R$ 10.00. My plan is Spotify for University students (R$ 8.50). What is this charge about???

Don't worry about it, this charge is just a kind of temporary authorization to see check if everything is working fine with your credit card.

No money was withdrawn from your account, and the amount will reappear in 2 or 3 days. This time may vary according to your bank.

 

I suggest you wait at least until tomorrow, then let me know if it worked! If you still need more help, feel free to ask any questions.

It still didn’t reappear. I’ll wait for more 2 days, if it don’t reappear, I’ll contest.
