Info about the date I can be memb of a spotify family again, after 12 month

Where can I find the date I was last time a member of a spotify family?
Because according to my payments, I was member of a spotify family last time 13 months ago, and now that I want to become member of a new spotify family, I still receive the rejection after trying to accept the invitation for my new family.

Keep in mind that Premium Family/Duo members are only able to switch plans once in 12 months, this includes switching between Premium Family and Premium Duo. This 12 month limit starts on the date you joined a second plan.

However, if you want to know the exact date, we suggest that you reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look at your account and further assist you with this.
