My Question or Issue

I just received notification regarding the  3 months of Premium for RM15.90 with mobile. I'm new and not subscribe to any premium offer yet.

1) The promotion will end by end of this month, thus if I subscribe during the promotion period then I won't be charged for 3 months straight?

2) Am I still eligible for the 1 month free, thus the premium would be 3 + 1 right only if am eligible?

3) After 3 months, I'll be charged RM15.90/month?

I’ll be happy to answer your questions. 

When you subscribe to this offer, you will pay   RM15.90 for 3 months. So, you would pay RM15.90 today for example, but you won’t be charged until 3 months after today. 

If you subscribe today, you would only get the 3 month offer, not the standard 1 month. This offer ends 29 March 2021.

And for the last question, yes that’s correct. After 3 months you will be charged at the regular subscription rate. There’s more info on this offer here, as well as the available plans.

What's the meaning of regular subscription rate? How much the rate?
