I'm trying to subscribe to a premium individual plan and when I enter my address it says it is not valid. I am typing the same address as is on my card statement and there are no spelling errors.

Thanks for letting me know.
I recommend making sure that the address has no misspells, special characters, or any spaces at the beginning or end of the address.
Also, you could try using a different payment method 🙂

I double checked for any spelling or spacing errors but there is nothing wrong. I'm not really sure what to do next.

Welcome to the Community, thank you for joining the conversation and sorry for the late response as we just came across this thread.
In this type of case, we usually suggest trying from an incognito/private window as some of the restrictions a related to some cache stored on your web browser. In case the issue persists, would you mind checking with a different browser to see if it makes any difference?
Lastly, since this also could be caused by restrictions on the internet connection, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi network. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.
We'll be on the lookout.

This issue is now known to Spotify and the right folks are on to resolving it 🙂
We cannot provide a specific timeframe on how long this would actually take, but there is a workaround that might work:
You may try removing the house or street numbers from the address to see if that makes a difference. Best done via an incognito browser session to avoid any issues that may be caused by the saved cache data.

Nothing in this thread is working for me and I cannot subscribe. I don't understand as it was fine, I was subscribed and then woke to a message saying they could not charge my card. Now I cant get my address to validate.
Take out any dashes. 12-1234 would be 121234 It is working for me.
I am having the same problem. Tried incognito on two devices. Tried two countries. Cleared cache, tried different browsers. Checked the address and tried nearby addresses. Nothing works.
Hey. If you guys haven't figured it out yet, I finally did. It's honestly so stupid, idk why Spotify made it this way. But when they ask for your "Street" they legit just want your street name, don't include your specific street number, they only want to know what street you live in **bleep** it's so dumb
