Invalid Banking Details

My Question or Issue

My bank card expired and my premium subscription was cancelled.

I received a temporary card from my banking institution,have tried since then to update my details but i keep on getting a message saying payment failed. (See attached picture)

I then tried my partners card number then i receive the same message.

I have tried all the options under the help section.

I honestly don`t know what to do anymore. I have been struggling for more than a month now.

Please help!!!!

thanks for posting !

If you have tried all steps listed here, it may be that the payment methods you're providing aren't valid.

If the card you have recieved is a temporary one i'd wait till you get the new one and use it as a payment method.

Gift Cards are always a good temporary solution to situations like that.
