Hi, I am premium, paying monthly wondering if i can change to buy the next full year in bulk with a discount?

How do i do that?

Unfortunately, there's no such thing as a 1 year subscription.

A user who provides his payment method is getting charged per month automatically.

However, there are many different types of subscriptions on Spotify (depends on the country of origin) which you can read all about here and here.
