Issue with Spotify 2-Month Subscription Offer

Dear Spotify Support,

I recently subscribed to a Spotify Premium offer that promised 2 months of subscription for ₹129. However, I received access for only 1 month. I would like to clarify that this is my first time purchasing Spotify Premium, and I have not availed of any previous offers.

Could you please look into this issue and help me receive the full subscription period as per the offer?

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!

To be eligible in those offer trials, beyond being a new Premium user, you should have used a valid payment method, such as a credit or debit card. If for any reason you used a one-time payment method, probably the offer wasn't applied properly.

And how can i solve this problem if i used a one-time payment method?
