Issue with Xbox Premium Offer

My Question or Issue

I was trying to claim my Premium offer from Xbox Ultimate and I didn’t have my card on me so I moved the page to Safari to look at it later. And when I did that, the page gave me a notification saying “You are not eligible for this subscription” and it disappeared off my Xbox rewards despite me not claiming it. So what do I do?

Is this the offer for 6 months of Spotify with Xbox game pass?
If so, there is a terms and conditions page here that might help determine your eligibility.
There is also a thread on Microsoft's forum that might be useful as well.
If this is a separate offer, you may need to reach out to Xbox to see if it's still available.

Thanks Bethany. The issue is not my eligibility. I moved to a different browser and the code disappeared for me and told me I was no longer eligible. I did not put in my payment information nor did I back out of the offer. The option then disappeared. The eligibility note and the forum did not help. 😞

Thanks for the extra info. 

If you're sure that your account meets all our requirements for eligibility, then we'd recommend logging on a different browser or device to try and redeem the offer.

You could also give it a shot in an incognito window that doesn't store cached info.

In case you still have trouble, it'd be great if you could send us a screenshot of what you see when trying to redeem the offer. Just make sure to cover any sensitive info.
