Have checked my bank account statement says the payment was made last week for a new month of spotify however spotify has taken away all my privileges claiming I havent made premium payment for the month. Very angry as I do quite like the app!!

Hey, @decklynfalwasse - that's not cool! Let's troubleshoot and figure this out.

 

Please try the following:

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

If you've tried all the steps above, please click here. Spotify will then take you through a survey to point you in the right direction.

hi i currently have spotify on my iphone 5s which im paying monthly via paypal ( ocabigao@virginmedia.com) this morning , iwent onto my imac and there was an offer for 99p for 3 months . before even thinking , iput my card details and got the premium account . confirmation of the bill was sent to my email but it was for the wrong amount of 9.99. i then realised  that i already have an premium account . can i please cancel and get a refund. sorry for the misunderstanding 

I think for some.reason spotify has gained access to my old account however the card number its taking the payment from is different from the old accounts card number so I dont see how this could be an issue... Anyways I have a attached a photo to show you that in my account setting its showing that I need to go premium

And I also dont have a facebook page

I have found the issue and am correct spotify has some how reactived an old spotify account (mitchdexncreed) I had however because its linked to am old facebook page I created the new account (decklynfalwasse) will it reactive my page again?

Dear Spotify I need for you to give me 10 business days until I get my new bank card in the mail. Someone went into my account and took funds out of it. I appreciate your patience in this matter.
I'm willing to pay you the money that I owe. The money will be in my account at that time.
