Issues with changing country

I am unable to change the payment details from Australian Credit Card card to Malaysian Credit Card. The error message is to change the country in the profile settings but it would not let me to change as the drop down list is restricted.

Hey @hdbong, welcome to the Community!

You'll only be able to update your payment method to a Malaysian payment method if you're currently in Malaysia.

If you're outside of Malaysia trying to update your payment method and country to Malaysia, you won't be able to.

If you're in Malaysia, but you're still having trouble, try cancelling your subscription and reverting to Free. Once you revert to Free, you shouldn't have any trouble changing your country setting and resubscribing.
