Hi there,

after my free period expired I'd like to subscribe for family premium. When I click on the subscriptopn and  choose paypal it forwards me to paypal for payment.

 

In Paypal then, when trying to pay, it tells me that I allready have used 3 months for free, but off course  I can subscripe without the trial period. When I confirm I get in loop. It allways reminds me that I cant go for the trial period and Icannot end the subscription.

 

I tried it on my mobile as well as on the laptop.

 

nice way to keep costumers from ordering 😉

Could you try getting Premium Family by going here and selecting your plan?
