My Question or Issue

My wife and I have a Family Premium Account based in Thailand.

 

She is currently traveling in Canada and the audiobook she wants to listen to is showing locked.  However, I am home in Thailand, and it shows available.  Even though we are on the same family premium account.

 

Why would this not be available to her?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

On Premium Family plans, only the plan manager gets access to audiobook listening time from Spotify’s catalog, so unfortunately, this can’t be shared with other plan members.

 

If you’d like to learn more about how audiobooks work across different Premium plans, you can check out this page.
