My Question or Issue

Dear Spotify-Team! This month, I was surprised that I had to pay the full price for the Premium-Subscription, since I have never been informed that my Student-Subscription has expired. I just extended the Student-Subscription for another year, but I would very much like to have the money back (5€) that I have paid too much for this months subscription. I would also like to suggest something like a reminder e-mail that would inform customers about their subscriptions expiring, I think a lot of students would appreciate such a service. Thanks for the post.


A notification email about the Student subscription expiring is automatically sent to the email address associated with your account a month before the discount expires. You can check your Spam/ Junk folder as well. Note that, if you've ever bloacked emails from spotify or marked them as junk, you might have not received one.
