My Question or Issue

I've subscribed to Maxis Music Unlimited (Monthly RM 5). As I am linking my Spotify account to my Maxis account, the confirmation page is unable to load, it says there's a proxy error. Please provide a solution for me.

Thanks in advance.

Hey @NatalieTsubaki,

That's not cool! Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.

Also, can you let me know where does this error happen? (When logging in the app, logging in your Spotify account page...).

Keep me posted and have a nice day!

Hi there Jose, I am performing this action on my phone, which is from the Maxis app itself. It has a direct link that leads me to spotify.maxis.com.my so that I can link my mobile date package with my Spotify account. It opened on default on my iPhone's Safari browser, and it is still showing Proxy Error on the page when account linking was supposed to happen, given the reason: Error reading from remote server. I called Maxis to check and all they can tell is I've successfully subscribed to the RM 5 Music Unlimited Monthly Pass. Please help Jose! I've been paying without being able to enjoy the Premium account.

Hi Jose, so sorry.

I just check again, and the package i signed up for is not for Spotify premium.

Sorry for the trouble.

Cheers!
