My Question or Issue

I just paid for premium like 10 mins ago n when the payment was successful it showed that my card doesn’t support monthly billing but it deducted the amount from my card idk what to do now.how will I get my money back

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.

 

It's possible that the charge you see on your bank statement is pending and you should soon receive your funds back automatically. You can read more about this here.

 

We'd also recommend taking a look at this page to see all the requirements your card needs to meet so that you'd be able to start a subscription.
