Didn't receive pin code

I'm trying to upgrade to premium, I've entered my number everytime but i didn't get pin code. I'm from Indonesia using Indosat card

What do you mean by the pin code?

 

Please could you give me a detailed description of the issue you are having?

 This code Tom. I haven't receive it too. I tried 5 times i didn't receive any code in my messanger.

Since you're trying to sing up for Premium through your mobile provider, we'd suggest reaching out to our billing partner Fortumo to check the status of the payment for you. You can visit their support center here

Hi there. Thank you for your reply. But it didn't help. Fortumo just reply
like this (screenshoot). And it realy didn't answer my question.

It looks like your screenshot didn't upload properly in your post - could you give it another try?

 

Just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed.

 

On another note, we'd recommend making sure that you're entering the correct number while upgrading and that you've made sure that there are no settings that could be blocking this type of incoming text messages.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest giving it one more try:

  • From a different, preferably desktop, device
  • Through a different internet connection
