Invoice Payment - Annual Premium

Hi, 

 

I've paid the invoice for the annual premium subscription yesterday (05/11/2020) and until now I did not receive an e-mail with the payment confirmation.

 

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end yet.

 

We only send out an email receipt for your first Spotify payment, but you can keep track of the charges on the Receipts page

 

With certain payments it might take a couple of days until the charge is processed, so we'd recommend that you wait 48 hours to see if the payment shows up on your Receipts page and you get your Premium features.

 

If it doesn't, the payment you see on your bank statement might be pending and you should soon receive your funds back automatically.

Yes, I've already looked in the Receipts page and is not there yet. 

 

So I will wait the 48 hours and will let you know if anything happens.
