My mistake

I was buying premium for my already in use account. I wanted to use the student discount. While in progress, I uploaded the document but i entered the wrong mail. I payed for not existing account. Then i create an account for that mail yet, it didn't worked. It still says it's free account. Can i change my mail for premium account? And can i please have a premium account? 😄 Thanks already..

When you send your student details to have the discount verified, you need to enter the information as it's registered in your university. Using the wrong email address doesn't mean the discount won't be verified, you just might receive the email notification there instead.

 

Once you receive the email confirmation that your student details were verified, you'll be able to complete the purchase while loged in with the correct Spotify account.

 

If you've been charged for the discount, but you haven't completed the student discount process, the payment should show as pending on your bank statement. This means that the money was put on hold but will go back to your bank account soon.
