My bank account confirmed the payment but in Spotify isn't reflected

If your bank has confirmed the payment but Spotify isn't reflecting it, here are steps you can take to resolve the issue:

 

1. Verify Payment Details
- Check your bank statement to ensure the payment is marked as "completed" and not "pending."
- Confirm the payment was made to the correct Spotify account if you manage multiple accounts.

 

2. Check Spotify Account Status
- Log in to your Spotify account and verify your subscription status.
- Ensure you're checking the correct account (e.g., avoid confusion with family or shared accounts).

 

3. Review Email Notifications
- Spotify usually sends a confirmation email when a payment is successful. Look for this in your inbox or spam/junk folder.

 

4. Retry Logging In
- Sometimes, updates take time to sync. Log out and back into the Spotify app to refresh the status.
