My premium Spotify disapeared

My premium Spotify disapeared

 I signed up for Spotify premium family on July 8th. Suddenly today, it's saying I'm on a free trial. What happened?

Are you the owner of the Premium for Family Account?

Do you reside at the same address as the owner (if you aren’t the owner)?

I am the owner of the account. It's still showing premium on all four of our devices, but my daughter just got a phone and I wanted to add her, but on my account online it says I'm on a free trial.

thank you for the link, none of that helped. Somehow all my payment info is deleted from my profile, any idea how this happened?

Do you recall knowing anyone that you know using your account besides you?

 

And where does the message “Free Trial” Apprear on? Like does it appear on the mobile app, when you check your account?

no one has my password to my account. it shows premium on my phone and free trial on the web page under "my account"

I was using firefox. With internet explorer it shows correctly. Thank you so much for your help!
