My premium plan was cancelled even though I already paid.

My premium plan was cancelled even though I already paid.

I have subscribed for Premium plan for years, everything was good. But earlier this month, it was cancelled, and I also lost my playlists, although I have already paid for it (it was clearly stated on my bank account).

Can you please click on the link bellow and check if it says Free or Premium on your account panel?

It says free. But I have already paid (at the 1st November)

Hey @Nhung53,

 

When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane. Did you get one?

 

If so, please double check if you're logging in with the correct credentials.

 

Besides, you can check here if you have more than one account (and logging in the wrong one).
