My student plan was finished and switched to another plan unannounced.

My student plan was finished and switched to another plan unannounced.

 

I had renewed from sheerid 2 months before my student plan expired, but this month my plan was over and when I looked at my card history, I saw that money was withdrawn from another plan. I want a refund of the overcharged money.

For this particular case, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

 

I'd also recommend looking at the Refund policy for more information on how to obtain a refund.
