Mi pregunta o problema

Obtuve una recompensa por parte de Microsoft Rewards pero no me deja reclamar la recompensa porque según eso no cumplo con los requisitos de ese plan. No he encontrado una manera de hablar con soporte de Spotify ya que en Microsoft no me ayudaron y quería ver si había una solución o como hablar con soporte para esta situación.

If you're seeing an error that says you're not eligible, it's probably because you've already tried Premium in the past. In this case, you won't be eligible to claim a 3 month trial with Microsoft Rewards or any other Spotify trial period. 

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. The Community will be here if anything else comes up.
