No puedo suscribirme

He creado mi perfil de Spotify y he querido realizar una suscripcion premium, pero no me deja sale como error. Ya he intentado con otras cuentas e incluso con un navegador y no con la app. En el navegador no me deja usar mis tarjetas como pago. ¿Que hago?
