Not able to add members after purchasing spotify premium plan.

Not able to add members after purchasing spotify premium plan.

I’ve just changed my spotify premium plan from student to duo, and there seems to be an issue while adding members to the plan. Every time I go to manage members page, it keeps telling me try again later and redirects me to my account page.

What's preventing you from inviting members to your Premium Family plan? Any additional info would be helpful. 🙂

i had the same issue sometimes back. it got resolved after logout n login 
if you are the plan manager then make sure everyone use the same address ? and send the invite through link. ( this is what i did sometimes back) (platform iOS / macOS)

Hello! I subscribed to the Spotify Duo plan and i click to the manage members option to add my brother as a member and it says 'There was a problem please try again later' and it kicks me back to the account settings.

Zmieniłem plan z Duo na Family,
gdy wchodzę na zakładkę konto spotyfi widzi że jest plan Family, ale gdy wchodzę na zarządzaniem osób widzi stary plan Duo. Nie mam też możliwości linkowania, i wysyłania zaproszeń do konta bo limit jest wykorzystany dla dwóch osób. Proszę o pomoc.

My Question or Issue

I just upgraded my plan from Premium duo to Family . When I go to Plan members it still shows only me and my daughter and it doesn't allow me to invite my other kids . Basically it is greyed out . 

In addition , when other members download the app to their phones , can they use my log in details or need to have a sperate email/password ?

My Question or Issue

I have recently changed from a Premium account to a premium Duo but we are unable to add the second member. We live at the same address - no issues until it comes to confirming the address, once the address is typed in it says “There was a problem, try later” we’ve tried multiple times, used private browsers vs normal etc and still can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas?

Can you please post a screenshot of the page where you can see the plan members? Feel free to redact any personal/private info on it.

 

Every member of a Premium Family/Duo plan must use their own Spotify account, so they won't be able to use your login details. 🙂

My wife has 2 Spotify accounts and we linked the wrong one to my duo. Now I can't remove and reinvite her

My Question or Issue

Receiving an infinite load on the 'Manage your Family plan' page via web browser. Console shows 404 errors. 

Same here! When I click "Manage members" I am sent back to my account...

Just subscribed for Premium Family.
Can not access member management page, it is stuck in infinite loading mode.
Already tried to change browser, both, normal and incognito modes.
Tried access from mobile browser.
Same result everywhere.

This is also happening to me. Did anyone find a solution?
