Not able to claim subscription

i recently got 4 months premium as part of a deal in a purchase. This was from Argos and it said it was able to be claimed until Nov 2023. I had already had the 3 month trial but as I pretty much paid for that 4 months with my purchase, I should be able to use it. But that’s not the case as I have been refused the subscription. Because my card was already used I cannot claim my purchase. I cannot use someone else’s card because they all have all used their 3 months or are currently using it. Why can I not claim what I purchased at a legal retailer?

This free trial Premium subscription is just available for users who never tried the Premium before, so that's the reason you might not be able to redeem this offer you got with your purchase. For more information, you can check the Terms and Conditions of it.
