Not giving me payment options aside from Paypal

My Question or Issue

I am trying to update the payment details for my dad's Spotify premium account. It is not allowing me to choose another payment option aside from PayPal which we don't want to use- we have been paying fine by credit card until now. On my own account, I still have options to pay however I want- how can I sort this out so he can use his account again???

As a first step try updating the payments details again using incognito window on your preferred browser. Sometimes cache can lead to such issues so this way you make sure to avoid them. Then follow these steps to update the payment details.

In case that doesn't do the trick, we suggest trying another device or a different network.

If you still see no changes, take a look at this Ongoing Issue and make sure you add your +VOTE. You can also Subscribe in the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll keep you notified about any relevant updates about this.
