Hey @OmAher,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop!

If you went through the steps suggested by @Billy-J, but still your account is on Free, it's likely the payment hasn't been processed yet. Keep in mind that it may take up to 3 working days for payments to be processed. So, we'd suggest to wait a few more days for your Premium to be activated.

It could also be that the payment was not successful after your bank or credit card company already placed a temporary authorization on the funds. In this case the charge will expire and the funds will soon reappear on your statement again. The time this takes can vary depending on your bank/credit card company. In this case we recommend heading here for what to do next.

However, if see a successful transaction and the funds are not returned to you, we'd suggest you check these steps to make sure you don't have a secondary account.

Hope this was helpful for you. If you have more questions, we are here for you.

Hey @OmAher, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach me a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when you’re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart device > log back in in the Spotify app and let me know if you’re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips.

Keep me updated.

I'm still unable to get premium membership.
