Older Samsung SmartTV, Tells me I don't have premium?

Older Samsung SmartTV, Tells me I don't have premium?

I have an older Samsung Smart TV in my home gym (purchased somewhere around 2010-2012). I've been using it to stream Spotify Premium while I work out but now it keeps telling me that it requires a Premium account (I have a premium account and it's paid and current). Why is it not recognizing my premium account when I login?

Hey @kleineganz,

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I figured it out - my Samsung TV was too old, it's no longer being
supported. I switched to Amazon FireTV and Amazon Music.
