Opening "Spotify Premium Duo" Page in account leads to blank empty white page.

My Question or Issue

When trying to access the Spotify Premium Duo tab in account, (https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/duo/welcome/) all I get is a blank white screen.

Can you give it a try in another browser and/or another device?

I experienced the same thing. Was broken on both Firefox and Chrome on Kubuntu (21.04). Worked on Firefox for Android.

I am experiencing the same issue. I have tried it on two different devices and on different web browsers with no luck. Any suggestions?

In case you want to reach the Duo page, try give it a go from here.  Also, you can try and do this from an incognito window of your preferred web browser, this usually helps.

In case this doesn't work for you, could you please send us some screenshots, or a short screen recording, so we can take a closer look and advise you better.
