PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM

PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM

I TRIED USING SPOTIFY PREMIUM FREE TRIAL. YESTERDAY THE TIME FINISHED AND I GOT A DISCOUNT FROM MY CARD OF 4USD, I CANCELLED THE PREMIUM PLAN INSTANTLY AND NOW IM HAVING FREE SPOTIFY. THE MONTH THEY SAID THAT WAS GOING TO RUN AFTER I CANCELLED EVEN THOUGH I PAID, DIDNT WORK AND ITS LIKE I JUST THREW 4 USD TO THE TRASH I NEED HELP

You are right that if a payment has gone trough and after that you cancel your Premium subscription you get to use you your Premium time before your account reverts to our free service.

 

If you are sure that your payment went through successfully and it's just pending, then it's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and you're logging in on the free one.

 

You can follow the steps here to try and locate your other account and sort this out.
