J'ai souscrit à un abonnement premium duo pour mon ami mais lorsqu'il tente de se connecter avec notre adresse, le site lui renvoie qu'un "problème est survenu"...alors que l'adresse est bonne. 


Comment faire svp ??

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.


First off, we'd recommend that you make sure that the country set on your friend's account matches the one on your account (since you're the plan owner). Your friend can double check that on their account page. Keep in mind that Premium Duo is a discounted plan for two people, who live together at the same address. If you live together - your friend should be able to join your plan. 


We'd also suggest that you check your address on your account page, send the invitation link again and make sure that they type the address correctly.

Tip: We usually recommend using an incognito window when accepting the invite as it doesn't keep that info saved.
