PREMIUM GIFT CARD

i wanted to give my family the premium family sub, i thought i could buy that with an spotify premium gift card. So i had bought it and typed the code in. But then i read that this is wrong and you just can buy the premium family sub with a normal subscription. So what should i do? I don't know how to cancel the subscription i just done and maybe you can tell me how to get the money back.

I'm sorry to hear you have had a little confusion with gift cards.

If you bought it less than 14 days ago you should be able to get this sorted!
