My Question or Issue

He tenido el problema este mes de que he pagado dos veces para continuar con mi cuenta premium familiar y aún me aparece en la aplicación una alerta que no se ha pagado y necesito actualizar mis datos de cobro, fueron dos pagos de 179.00mxn en total he gastado 368.00mxn y aún no se quita la advertencia de mi aplicación

Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

If you see two charges on your payment method statement, you can compare the datestamps to the ones in your account page. If you don't see both charges there, it means you most probably have multiple accounts. Here is how to check for that. If you find a second account with an active subscription, you can cancel it as described here
