My Question or Issue

Hice el pago de premium familiar y no se refleja en la aplicación, me sale que no pudieron cobrar pero ya me debitaron de mi cuenta

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. 

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? There you should be able to see all your charges and check if your payment has been successful.

 

If you don't see extra payments there, it means that they haven't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive them back automatically in a few days.

It's possible that they show on your bank statement as pending/processing. You can check this page for more info on that.

 

If the payment has gone through successfully it's possible that you've logged in on a different account and that's why you don't see your Premium. You can check this page out for more info on what you can do to locate that account.
