Hi When my family subscription ended I pressed the big red bar to update my payment for a new family aubacription. It just happened to renovate the plan with the common premium plan by dedault instead of the family one. Then, when I updated to the family plan (which is the one I used to have and wanted now) again I was charged the full family plan instead of the difference only.
