My Question or Issue

last month i'm using Premium Family and pay using my mobile charges, and the next payment is 1/June/2020 which is today, but the premium didn't update automatically take my mobile charges so i need to update it manual and enter again my address also invite my family again, can i make it automatically so i don't need to re-enter the information again? sorry for my english thank you
