Pay by mobile

Why is there no pay by mobile in subscription? I use my prepaid sim for billing. Please help

Hey @Wehsing, apologies for the late reply; but maybe I can still help 🙂

If you’re not able to pay with your carrier- it may not be available in your country. You cna check the payment methods available in your country: 

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
   Note: If you’re on the free, ad-supported service, you’ll need to click GET PREMIUM. (Don’t worry, that won’t sign you up for Premium.)
