Pay someone else's subscription

Hello, 

Can I pay someone else's subscription without requesting his account details? I only know his username. And I don't want to request the password because I want it to be a surprise.

Unfortunately, you can't simply "gift" a Premium Plan to your friend. Since you want it to be a surprise and you're not willing to request for their password, I recommend you to look for a Gift Card on your city and give it to them.
