My Question or Issue

My Premium acount ended in January 2019.  Since, I kept the same acount, and still have the same playlists as before.  Howerver, I realized that my credit card has been debited 10.99$ every month since then!!!  Basically, I have being paying for something I don't have.  I read all the trouble shooting about that issue online without getting a proper answer, nor fix to the situation.  My credit card is being debited by Spotify, not iTune nor my phone company.  Can we find a solution and how can i get reimboursement for that?

I'm sorry to hear that you’re being charged unexpectedly. I'd recommend taking a look at the steps under the "Canceled but still charged?" section of this support article for some more help with this.

I already read that article. It doesn't apply to my situation...  Same acount then previously used.  Billed by Spotify, nobody else.  And I have only the free acount, not the Premium one.

First up, can you double-check that you went through all the steps in this support article? It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. 

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you check if your subscription shows as 'Free' or 'Premium' in the app, and send over a screenshot of what you see there? You can check this by going to Home > Settings (Top right corner) > Account  > Subscription. Please make sure to blur out your username in the screenshot as we don't want to share that on the Community.
