Payment Failure - am I going to get charged fees?

My Question or Issue

My payment failed this morning and I know that there wasn't enough money on my prepaid now but I now swapped money around and there is more than enough for my payment now. Spotify said they'll try to take my payment one more time but my worry is getting charged overdraft or insufficient funds fees. I was charged $25 in the past when money was stolen from my account and I hadn't known so my payment(s) had failed then but I'm not sure if the fees happened because of the first or both missed payments? I just don't want to get hit with any sort of fees and want to know if when Spotify retries my payment if I'll only be charged for just my plan?

Hi @powellca!


If your payment couldn't be processed correctly, when they make it again, you won't be charged twice so you don't have to worry about it. You can always check your last payments in your Receipts page.
